Crankshaft soft nitriding

In order to improve the quality of the mass produced crankshaft, a microcomputer controlled nitrogen-based gas soft nitriding production line will be used in the future. The production line of nitrogen-based atmosphere gas soft nitriding is composed of front cleaning machine (cleaning and drying), preheating furnace, soft nitriding furnace, cooling oil tank, rear cleaning machine (cleaning and drying), control system and air distribution system.
